BookDepository.com emails me thusly:

You can enter the email addresses of up to ten friends and we will send our love (in the form of a 10% off voucher) to each of them. If your friends use their voucher then you'll get a 10% off voucher too - one for each person that makes a purchase.

Don't worry, once we have sent your friends their vouchers, the email addresses will be discarded. We won't contact them again unless they desire it.

I do trust them in this, but nevertheless don't like to give people's email addresses away without permission. OTOH book discount vouchers! So drop me a comment here or email me with your email address if you'd like a 10% off voucher from BookDepository.

Oooh! Discount on books!

I actually already buy regularly from the BookDepository, so maybe the offer doesn't apply to me, but in case it does, my email address is mhall (put the at sign here) baradel dot demon dot co dot uk.

I've shifted a lot of my buying to them now that Amazon have got so huge and are starting to get a reputation for doing undesirable things.

I'm really liking BookDepository - once the free shipping's taken into account they're mostly cheaper for me than Amazon, and I like being able to avoid Amazon's unsavoriness.

This would be fortuitous in a desperately humdrum way -- I need to buy a Physician's Desk Reference for my son so he can learn the American formulary names of drugs for the pre-licensing exam he has to take this summer. It's pretty expensive, and I just checked -- BookDepository has it.
