Ooh, no, I'd count any time travel kind of thing as science fiction. Except then it'd be a struggle to prevent the moral being time travel in particular andtechnology in general is bad so don't go around messing with things you don't know about. And (I don't know why I think about this second) if time wipes out most humans, usually the survivors don't remember them, so you lose that sudden “what just turned our world upside down?" Quality of the genre. Hmm.
